Founder
The founder of the firm is Lawyer Khalifa bin Marhoon bin Salim Al Rahbi, a law graduate who holds a Master’s degree and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of commercial arbitration. He is fluent in both Arabic and English and brings with him a distinguished background of legal and administrative expertise gained through 20 years of service in the government sector of the Sultanate of Oman. During his public service, he received numerous awards and certificates of appreciation. After this remarkable career, he crowned his legal and administrative experience by founding Khalifa Al Rahbi – Lawyers and Legal Consultants.
