Khalifa Al Rahbi is the founder and CEO of the firm. He brings outstanding legal and administrative experience, having served in the government sector in the Sultanate of Oman for 20 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Beirut Arab University and holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from the Arab Republic of Egypt. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Commercial Arbitration at Mohammed V University in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Lawyer Khalifa Al Rahbi has completed numerous legal and administrative training courses in the United Kingdom, Egypt, Beirut, Kuwait, Malaysia, and Australia. He has represented the Sultanate of Oman in several international forums and he is fluent in both Arabic and English. From 2016 to 2021, he served as a visiting faculty member at Sultan Qaboos University. He also held the position of Secretary General of the Omani Lawyers Association from 2018 to 2023 and currently serves as the Vice President of its Board of Directors.
In addition, he is a member of the Gulf Lawyers Union, the Arab Lawyers Union, and the International Union of Lawyers. He is also affiliated with several regional and local arbitration and mediation centers and he is a registered commercial arbitrator with the Courts of Appeal in the Sultanate of Oman.
Khalifa Al Rahbi specializes in providing legal services and consultations in commercial, civil, labor, criminal, Sharia, family, insurance, and administrative law. He is licensed by the Ministry of Justice and the Lawyers Admission Committee to appear before the Primary, Appellate, and Supreme Courts in the Sultanate of Oman.
Nazeh Ghaly
Lawyer and Legal Advisor
Nazeh Ghaly – Egyptian national, Cassation Lawyer and Legal Advisor in Egypt, and an International Arbitrator. He possesses over twenty-four years of legal experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Assiut University, Arab Republic of Egypt, in the year 2000.
He has an extensive legal background of more than twenty years, including sixteen years in the Sultanate of Oman. He has worked across all branches and fields of law and is an expert in drafting contracts, writing legal pleadings, memoranda, and appeals in various types of cases including commercial, labor, family, civil, criminal, as well as administrative disputes, banking cases, insurance, and finance companies.
He is highly skilled in client communication, providing legal consultations, and attending board meetings. He also has expertise in corporate law, company formation, attending general assemblies, and preparing and reviewing meeting minutes. Additionally, he specializes in commercial arbitration cases.
Zuhair Al Amri
LAWYER
Zuhair Al Amri is a Senior Lawyer and International Arbitrator. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Law at Mansoura University. He earned a Master’s degree in Private Law from Ain Shams University, Cairo, in 2012 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Beirut Arab University, class of 2006. Zuhair brings over 20 years of academic and professional experience, including in government entities. He has broad experience in litigating before courts of first instance, appeal, and the supreme courts. He is highly skilled in drafting various legal pleadings, contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
Said Al-Rawahi
LAWYER
Said Al-Rawahi is a Senior Lawyer and International Arbitrator. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Beirut Arab University and he has over 25 years of academic and practical experience, including extensive work in government institutions.
He is proficient in appearing before all levels of the judiciary—primary, appellate, and supreme courts—and he has strong capabilities in drafting legal pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Fahad Al Rahbi

Fahad Al Rahbi is a Primary Court Lawyer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Arab Open University in the Sultanate of Oman. He has over 23 years of academic and practical experience, primarily in the government sector. He possesses several accredited certifications in administration, English language, and computer skills. Fahad has excellent litigation capabilities before the courts and is highly proficient in drafting various types of legal pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Nasra Al Shibli

Nasrah Al Shibli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Beirut Arab University and she is currently an Appellate Court Lawyer. She has over 12 years of strong experience in legal practice, litigation, and advocacy before primary and appellate courts in both civil and administrative jurisdictions. She is proficient in using computers and modern technology, fluent in Arabic and English, and specializes in family law and civil status matters.
Rahema Al Mashari

Rahema Al Mashari is an Appellate Court Lawyer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the College of Law at Sultan Qaboos University. She has excellent experience in various branches of law including civil, commercial, criminal, labor, and administrative litigation. Aya Al Maskari

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Sultan Qaboos University and she is licensed by the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs and the Lawyers Admission Committee to appear before the primary courts in the Sultanate of Oman. She has solid experience in litigation across all legal sectors and specializes in criminal, labor, and civil cases. Aya is a professional in drafting legal letters and memoranda and in following up on the execution of judgments. She is highly proficient in using computers and artificial intelligence applications.
Badar Al Hanai

Badar Al Hanai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mohammed First University in the Kingdom of Morocco. He has excellent experience in legal practice, completing legal transactions, and representing clients before all divisions of the Primary Courts. He is skilled in drafting and preparing legal contracts and specializes in handling a wide range of cases, particularly commercial and labor disputes. Badar is also proficient in preparing and filing complaints related to bounced cheques and criminal matters with the police and Public Prosecution. Reem Al Rahbi

Ammar Al Mamari

Ammar Al Mamari is a Primary Court Lawyer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He is currently a PhD candidate in Law at Mohammed V University in the Kingdom of Morocco. He has also obtained a certificate in Legal English (TOLES) from a British organization. Ammar has excellent legal skills in court representation before all primary courts in the Sultanate. He specializes in commercial and civil cases and he is highly ambitious, consistently working on self-development.

Abdelrahman Yehia

Abdelrahman Yehia, is an Egyptian national, he has been working as a Legal Advisor at the firm since 2014. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 2003. He has both legal and administrative experience and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cairo University, obtained in 2013. Abdelrahman worked for several years in administration, accounting, and legal sectors and served as an Appellate Lawyer in Egypt before moving to Oman. He is fluent in Arabic and English and highly skilled in computer systems.
Jessy Chennu
Legal Advisor
Jessy is an Indian national, she is a lawyer. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Mumbai and she also holds a degree in Arts from Kerala State University, India. She has four years of legal experience in India and seven years in Oman, having previously worked with the ICSI organization. Jessy specializes in labor consultancy and corporate legal matters.
Ms. Naeema Al Ghusaini
Naeema Al Ghusaini is the Head of the Quality and Client Relations Department. She has been with the firm since 2015. She oversees the implementation of professional standards to ensure high-quality legal services for clients. Naeema focuses on enhancing client communication and satisfaction through effective engagement and responsiveness. She also contributes to improving internal operations to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
Ms. Hana Al Ofi
Hana Al Ofi serves as the Head of the Administrative and Financial Department. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the Modern College of Business and Science (2017). With over 16 years of experience in administrative roles across various private sector companies, she represents the ambitious Omani youth striving for a better future. Hana has completed several training courses in computer systems and English language and she is committed to achieving maximum client satisfaction. She speaks both Arabic and English.
Mr. Mansoor Al Hasani
Mansoor serves as a Public Relations Officer and he is the primary liaison between the firm and its clients, as well as between the firm and governmental and private institutions. He demonstrates high professional competence and effective communication skills, which enhance the firm’s institutional presence and reinforce its reputation as a trusted legal partner in Oman.

Mohammed Irshad works as the firm’s Receptionist and Client Services Officer. He is known for his warm reception, punctuality, and quick responsiveness to client and visitor needs.
